The metal or electrically conductive material that is being cut becomes part of the circuit thus causing the plasma to transfer and to work. CNC enables the control of the whole process through predetermined patterns and shapes, which the operator inputs to the machine. Plasma cutting is widely used for cutting metal sheets in curved shapes.CNC Plasma Cutters are also used to create decorative metal sheet works like commercial signage ,residential signages, address sign boards, and other outdoor arts. An electric arc is sent through the constricted opening of the nozzle for the gas, which raises the temperature of the gas and converts the state of the matter of the gas to plasma.
