Gundrilling is a deep hole drilling process that uses a long, thin cutting tool to produce holes in metal at high depth-to-diameter ratios. Gundrilling is effective in diameters from 1 – 50 mm [0.04 – 2.00 in]. Our Gundrilling machine can perform jobs of min diameter 3mm, max diameter 30mm with a length up to 1500mm. ( Number of machines- 2).

Perfect Tools possesses BTA deep hole drilling machines that can accurately drill holes from Ø25.40mm upto Ø254.00mm (Ø 1.00” to Ø10.00” diameter).Our gun drilling machines are capable of drilling precision holes from Ø3.00mm upto Ø35.00mm (Ø0.118” upto Ø1.378” diameter) and can maintain accuracy in extreme depth-to-diameter ratios.We have 3-off deep hole drilling machines, 1-off honing machine and 2-off gun-drilling machines in our repertoire.We have the capability to hone up to 5000mm in length.
